CareerPeak runs the site for people living in Australia. Reach us at careers@careerpeakhub.com, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm AEST. "CareerPeak", "we", "us" and "our" all refer to the operator.
"Opening": a role shown on the site. "Employer": the business offering that role. "Applicant": anyone who sends the application form. "Referral": sending an applicant's details to the employer the applicant chose.
CareerPeak advertises openings for employers, receives applications and makes referrals. We are not an employer. Applying through the site does not create employment, agency or any other engagement between you and CareerPeak. Any deal that follows a referral is between you and the employer.
We base each opening on what the employer tells us at the time. Employers may fill, change or pull an opening without telling us first. We therefore cannot guarantee an opening is still available, and a referral is not an offer of work.
Complete the form, then send the WhatsApp message that opens next. Until that message is sent, your application is not finished. If WhatsApp is not possible for you, email careers@careerpeakhub.com instead.
CareerPeak never asks applicants for money of any kind: no deposits, kits, credits, coins, unlock charges or payments to release wages. If you are asked for money in our name, it is not from us. Please report it.
The employer decides pay, when it is paid and the hours. Before starting, ask the employer to put in writing its legal business name, the work, the rate, the expected hours and the payment schedule. Do not rely on what someone says on a call or on our summary.
If an advert for CareerPeak says something different from this site, let us know and we will correct the one that is wrong. General statements here do not override a specific claim in an advert.
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including the tags on this site. Sending the form means you accept we will hold your details for those purposes and share them with the employer you chose.
You must not submit someone else's details without consent, give false information, try to break into or disrupt the site, scrape it with automated tools or use it to promote your own business. We may decline applications that break these rules.
The site's words, layout, images and code are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own use but not copy the site or republish its content. You keep ownership of what you submit, and allow us to use it only to refer you to an employer.
WhatsForm provides the form, WhatsApp the messaging, Cloudflare the hosting and email forwarding, and Google the analytics and advertising measurement. Their own terms apply, and we do not control their availability.
Access from some countries is blocked, and we may change which countries are affected at any time.
We work to keep the site available but cannot promise it will always be online. Maintenance, provider problems or events outside our control can interrupt it.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. If a clause conflicts with such a right, the right applies and the remaining clauses still operate.
Subject to the clause above, CareerPeak is not responsible for an employer's hiring decisions, how an employer behaves, wages an employer pays or withholds, or indirect losses such as lost income or opportunities. What we say and do ourselves is on us.
Tell us about anything inaccurate or out of date and we will correct it.
Give accurate details, be honest with employers about your availability and tell us if anything important changes.
Neither party breaches these terms because of events genuinely outside reasonable control, such as network failures, government action or natural events.
If a court decides any clause cannot be enforced, it is removed and the other clauses remain.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Compliance Notice make up the complete agreement between you and CareerPeak about the site.
Australian law governs these terms. You can take any dispute to the courts of the Australian state or territory where you live.
To apply you must be eighteen or older and live in Australia. Some employers set a higher minimum age, which is shown on the application form. Sending the form confirms you meet those requirements.
Links to WhatsApp or other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
If we reasonably suspect false details or misuse, we may put an application on hold or take an opening down, and we will tell the person affected where practical.
We may pass our rights and obligations under these terms to an organisation that takes over the site, as long as your rights are not reduced.
Suggestions you send us about the site can be used to improve it without any obligation to you.
Notices should be emailed to careers@careerpeakhub.com and are treated as received the next business day. We may revise these terms. The version on the site at the time you use it applies, and the date at the top shows the latest revision.
